KUNDLINI YOGA

In Indian mythology there are certain chakras which helps us to give cosmic strength or electrical energy in nerves. This yoga purifies nerves and accumulate strength in body.

It is the yoga which requires a temperature of above 40 degrees and it is useful for weight loss and other obesity problems and this yoga is very specific.
